Ordering, Shipping & Returns

Ordering
When checking out, we suggest you use the Google Checkout "Fast Checkout" option in the shopping cart. Alternatively, PayPal may be used by completing the checkout process. Both accept most major credit cards, we just prefer the quick and painless Google Checkout process. Please note that orders placed through this site are subject to 6% sales tax for Florida residents as well as a discretionary sales tax of .5% for Orange County, Florida residents. This should be automatically computed and added based on your zip code. In the event that a product is out of stock but not shown as so, you will be contacted to determine what you would like to do (wait, cancel the entire order, or cancel item in the order).

Shipping
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours of the initial receiving time. In some instances, longer delays may occur for packing larger shipments or multiple parcel shipments.

Weekend Orders
Orders received during the weekend will not begin processing until the following Monday and depending on the volume of orders received, may take up to 24 hours to process just as a normal order would. You will be notified within the 24 hours if there is any delay or problem with your order.

Returns
If you have a problem, contact us and we'll deal with every situation at a personal level. We don't directly accept returns due to the fact that we cannot verify the operating conditions under which our components and/or products are being subjected to. Some of our products carry a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer of those products directly for obtaining service or a replacement item. If a part is DOA, please contact us using the form on the contact page. Please don't forget to include your order number and the part number in question.

Risk Of Loss Disclaimer
All items purchased from OneHalfWatt Electronics LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
